About Kathy
In the Beginning…
Like most college grads I had no idea of what to do after graduation. I ended up in jobs that didn’t tap into my skills, but paid the bills. Not knowing where to go, but knowing I didn’t like where I was, I left the daily grind with a backpack and a round trip ticket to London. After 8 months of working odd jobs throughout Europe, I returned with amazing memories, but still undecided about my career.
Finding my Way
Telecommunications and computer technology was an emerging field and I hopped on that train, spending 6 years moving up the corporate ladder. As a project consultant for a large software company, I worked with Fortune 500 companies revamping departments to accommodate our software. I fell in love with the creative energy involved in change and the dynamic interplay of personalities and realized that was what ignited my passion, not the software!
Taking the Plunge
Leaving corporate America was risky, but worth every white knuckling moment. I went back to school to study the change process, finally getting a doctorate. I immersed myself in helping people transform their lives from stagnation to full tilt living. The more I did it, the more I wanted to help people really move into their dreams. Starting a coaching business was the next natural step and I haven’t looked back since.

I am a fervent believer that the creative spirit in each of us can be called forth to craft amazing lives. With over 14 years of experience in helping people make transformation change in their lives, I am committed to the success of my clients. Specializing in entrepreneurs with ADHD, I bring a host of skills to help my clients focus their natural creativity and energy in order turn their visions into profitable entities. My style is direct and upfront and I encourage people to move into their dreams with commitment and confidence.
